Description

The Constitutional Court has explained that the request is not a“ via any administrative, or an application or an appeal to the judiciary, nor a complaint, in the acceptance of the word offered by the law of Criminal Prosecution or the power of regulatory sanctioning the administration in its various sectors ” (STC 242 / 1993, 14 July, FJ 1).
